From a campaign setting I’ve been working on:
When you interact with any beggar of Snoddsburgh, adjust your Influence accordingly:
If the GM decides that the beggar was better off for the interaction (over and above giving alms), or that the Beggar King’s purposes were served, take +1 Inf. The maximum is 3.
If the GM decides your interaction was neutral, take +0 Inf.
If the GM decides the beggar was worse off for the interaction, or that the Beggar King’s purposes were not served, take -1 Inf. The minimum is -3.
When you solicit a service from a beggar, roll +Inf
☺On 10+ , you get the service you seek at a reasonable cost. This may be money, a boon, a service or a promise.
☺On 7-9, the cost is more than you bargained for, the information may be less than you actually wanted, or the service may take longer than promised.
