The class is pretty solid, but I think there might need to be a cap on rad to spend and a lower amount of radiance. I put a 16 into con and never got through it. I could have maybe if I spent more on RAD stuff but spending more than 2-3 felt too powerful.
It depends on how challenging your gm is making the game. I spend no more than three but did get over halfway through my RAD pool.
Yeah I got down to half or so but I guess I just feel that the RAD system would be more balanced if the cost to bring it back happened a bit more often. 16 in a resource pool for a starting character might be a bit too much, unless you are spending like 5 on a roll which is also OP. Perhaps if it were 1/2 con, it would come into play at least once per session
