The ink is unforgiving…
A magic item discovered by one of the players in the game I run. I’m considering making more of these, but at my level of artistic ability, even this one took a while.

Good stuff Jon, why not stop by a craftshop and see if they have any blank cards in stock, they’ll be quicker to make and easier to store if they’re smaller.
I did this one on an index card… I’m not sure if the scale is apparent from the image. Are you suggesting to go even smaller (like playing-card size)?
Ah! It looked bigger. But yeah, playing card size was my thought.
I may try that… I’ll probably start by cutting down some index cards to see if I can draw at that scale.
You could also use Magic Set Editor: http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/
with Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay plugin (my current state of mind cannot help me finding this) to create good looking cards to print out.
I tried my hand at using the GIMP to make a Card styled holder:

I use Sam’s treasures all the time in DW.
Thank you for the resource pointers, Lauri Maijala and Mark West ! (edit: and Nathan Roberts )
I’ll take a look at making these more “card” styled, though I also like the two-sided format I’m using now.
Nice!
