I’ve been thinking of including a 3rd sheet, for hirelings, items, etc. To make things easier for players. What needs to be included to make the sheet helpful and useful?

How about this? Not exactly what you’re thinking, but useful…

Matt Horam Thats actually extremely useful for me as a DM, but not too useful for a player. Either way thanks for that.
Cool. I should probably ask what sorts of things you would like it to manage that aren’t handled in the gear section of the character sheet…
I definitely don’t see enough hireling use in DW.
Damian Jankowski The hireling rules in Pirate world are actually pretty good. The hirelings are less equipment and more, actual people.

Hirelings, custom moves (e.g. multiclass/CC), inventory, a section for notes so you can write down NPC names etc.
The Brute (and all Pirate World classes!) has a third page with example magic items, space for notes, ways for the GM to be a fan of the class (thanks, Grim World!) and examples of the stranger moves, plus a death move.
