What would you use for an Inverse World soundtrack?
I’m running an in-person game in a few weeks (I hope) and I’d like to have background music.

Indiana Jones, but that might be too recognizable. Maybe The Mummy?
Then again, I tend to enjoy grabbing movie soundtracks for movies that have the right feel I want and going to town with them.
A bunch of stuff from Passion, Peter Gabriel’s soundtrack for The Last Temptation of Christ, perhaps. I’ve always wanted to end a climactic struggle with this: Peter Gabriel 20 It Is Accomplished
There’s also a bunch of stuff I like by Vangelis and often use in gaming, including tracks from the bootlegged Chariots of Fire score (available on Youtube), including Vangelis – Chariots of Fire – Training and Americans Training in Paris
Timothy Walsh I have so… many… soundtracks! One of my favorites is Cutthroat Island!
I use the Bastion Soundtrack. excellent stuff.
We talked about this recently… Not sure i will find it.
Thanks, Tim Franzke!
Not a soundtrack but I’d use Lindsey Sterling. Semi dub step semi classical, constant awesome.
Pandora’ing now… interesting stuff!
Grooveshark gives you more control with playlists than Pandora. And you can post a link here when you’re done. 😉
Pandora lets me basically enter one phrase and say “Go!”
I might have a preference for low-prep.
Bastion Soundtrack is freaking awesome!
I certainly listened to a lot of Metroid Prime OST while working on the book, that’s a nice explorationy soundtrack.
metroid has great atmosphere!
