Here you are the first special number of “Mondo Sotterraneo”, the Italian Dungeon World fanzine. This special is dedicated to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. 😉

FUS-RO-DAH!
Just by translating this a bit at a time, I’m loving it. Works very well. Great job!
Matt Horam do you know Italian?
Any possibility of a translation to english?
By now no translation has been scheduled. Maybe in the future…
Daniele Di Rubbo, I would love to see one.
Daniele Di Rubbo No, I use a mixture of intuition and Google.
I told our collaborators you’d like to see this issue translated into English. Let’s see if there are some translation martyrs. 😉
The common Latin roots of many European languages make translation easier at a glance.
I would happily do the heavy lifting of Google translation if I had access to the source files!
Of course! It’s Creative Commons 4.0 BY-SA: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fBAER0wUCYOQCpcbdabIGb_aQGwKwVPWLcHQ1ynV0Ec/edit?usp=sharing
😉
Daniele Di Rubbo It is underway.
HOLY CRAP YES!
I will learn italian for this if I have to.
Thank you for all the hard work in making this.
I am up to the racial spells…looks like it will take a while to get to the editing stage, but here is the english TXT file and the ongoing Google Doc:
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B4a61fn5HcLQNnBpeVdUcEpmeHc&usp=sharing
it says access denied, but I requested access!
Whoops! Fixed.
This is pretty awesome, a big thank you to all those involved, especially our translator.
(Google and Claude)
Awesome to hear …. definitely following!
Okay! All the pasting is done. Please comment on anything which looks wrong or parses badly in English, and together we can correct the Googs! (Then, maybe we can lay it out like the original!)

It’s getting really close.
Are comments opened on the doc?
Yep!
I think I’ve made a few mistakes with Range.
Could someone confirm if I have this right?
Italian – Google – Dungeon World
corta – short – Hand
media – average – Close
lunga – long – Reach
vicina – close – Near
lontana – far – Far
Yes, your guess is right. If you find corto/medio/lungo/vicino/lontano it’s just the masculine form: don’t let it trick you. 😉
Does anyone have time to help me finish the English translation? It’s almost done:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lctBrWj-13FaIvhVEePcUU6C2vXN66QK1mLBf9U9CZg/edit#heading=h.ssy09ly8uhh0
Let’s see if I can help you this afternoon (Central Europe time zone), but I can’t promise.
No rush, any comments appreciated!
Just checking in again – I only have a dozen phrases left to translate/rephrase and then would love to put it back into the original layout. Does anyone have time to take a look, please?
I’m going trough it right now.
Edit: Just finished.
Antonio Amato, can we pass the InDesign files of our n. 2* to our American friends, so that they can lay it out with only a minimum effort?
Daniele Di Rubbo Thanks!!!
Don’t even mention it. 😉
Too late.
Of course. Let me return from London next week. 😉
Of course… I forgot that little detail. XD
Sounds great – I will stop messing around in Photoshop now.
(PS: Australian)
Sorry for the “nationality mess”! XD
Here I am, Matt Horam. I need your email address (feel free to contact me in hangout, if you want). 😉
Matt Horam, did this ever get finished?
Nope! I ended up busy and tired. Sorry. I should try again next month.
