Can people help me by submitting tips to give new Dungeon World players? Things like:
* Provide as much description as possible of your actions.
* Imagine what your character is seeing, and feeling.

The Dungeon World Guide is full of really useful stuff along these lines, aimed exactly at new players:

Look for ways to connect with the other PCs in the fiction.
Thanks I have read the guide, and there are a lot of helpful things in there. I will look at it again and try to extract a list of tips for new players.
I guess, I was just thinking some experienced GM’s might know some extra special tips I could give players at the beginning of a game. Basically, a condensed list of the super useful stuff that could help a new player without them reading the guide.
Teamwork. It’s what allows you to survive.
I told my players in session 1: when you want to do something, describe it to me – don’t check your character sheet for what you CAN do, just tell me what you do. If a move is triggered, we’ll resolve it then, if not then it simply happens.
Make your characters interesting and proactive.

Thank you!
This is for AW, but the gameplay structure is the same 🙂

I liked the Prezi, thank you.
The hardest thing my players had to deal with was no initiative in combat. Tell them that if they come up with something awesome that they should jump in. This is a game where spontaneity should be encouraged and expected.
Thanks Delos, I like that advice.
