1. 8:30 your time is 7:30 my time, right? I might be able to make it, but I don’t know for how long. Bear in mind I’ve only listened to an actual play podcast, but I haven’t read Torchbearer.

6. Tim Franzke , I’d love to know what, if any, changes you’re making to things like the GM Principles, Agenda, or moves – or to the playbooks or moves – to run DW in Torchbearer mode. I have a hunch it could be done by taking a more ‘hardcore’ stance to the fiction.

7. That is the main point yes. More a change to what you narrate and what GM moves you make. 

   I would use only Thief, Fighter, Wizard, Cleric, Barbarian and Ranger. So at least no Druid. 

8. Agenda wouldn’t change that much. 

9. Chris Moore , could a direct port work, and have the Grind hit after every 3rd triggered move?

10. Of course, there’s not a direct analog to conditions in DW. Maybe each stat’s debility?

11. Chris Moore -right, tags. Brilliant. Becomes more fiction, leveraged later for its downside. GM: “how are you remaing stealthy? You’re sick from how damp it is down here, coughing and sneezing…”
