How would you stat out a wyvern?
Not as smart as a dragon, but cunning. Less fearsome, but very tenacious. No breath weapon, but a poison stinger in the tail. Less claw/claw/bite (only 2 limbs) but still vicious?

Personally I’d use the dragons stats maybe swap out some of the moves and allow a few more moves in the fiction. I used the kraken this way to make a giant squid.
I made a night wyvern in my Blackmoore Dungeon Starter
http://www.dungeon-world.com/blackmoore/
Night wyvern Solitary, Large, Stealthy
Tail spur (1d10+4, 1 piercing)
Close, Reach, Forceful, Messy
16 HP 2 Armour Special qualities: Wings
There’s a wyvern’s nest deep inside Blackmoore Tree and only accessible from the sheer, wind-blasted cliff.
Instinct: To grow
– attack silently from a dark sky
– pull someone into the air
– poison with tail spur
I like Oliver Granger’s Wyvern description – Close, Reach, Forceful, Messy. I remember a cool Wyvern from my Rolemaster days – quicker than a dragon but less dangerous – think snake.
