The first page of each character sheet is exactly what you are looking for.
Well, except for the gear choices, which mostly show up on page 2.

This is the template I used for my Mountebank class. Its a little lighter on the ink.
When I get home, I’ll repost the sheets I made, which have a basic sheet for the character, and separate ones for each of the class moves.
Jeremy Friesen can you share that to the misc resources section of the Tavern please.
