HP is X + Constition, correct? So a wizard with 9 Constition would have 15HP, correct?

1. Correct. Full name of a stat means use the stat value, abbreviation means just use the modifier.

2. However, The Wizard, 4 HP + 9 Constitution = 13 HP, not 15 HP.  Right idea, math hiccup.
