I am about to run just my second campaign of dungeon world and was looking for some help with ideas. The idea I have is that the party wakes up in a cave as a group but don’t remember how they got there. I was going to do more with the amnesia in that they only know the other people in party but not sure why or how (but may not because of the bonds mechanic).

Is there anything else I could do with this amnesia? Maybe have them not know what class they are? Ask questions at the beginning of each of them that really is one clue or memory of what happened to them but they have to piece the different memories to figure out what happened and what to do going forward? Just throwing ideas out there.

So, I need some ideas for a magic item. I have never created magic items before so this is all new for me. The game I am running, there is some ruins in the dark forest. Within these ruins is an artifact/magic item that is called The Heart of the Forest. The group told me it was up to me to determine if it was a weapon, potion etc. The ruins are in a forest that has gone dark due to a blight. The blight is believed to have been started by a druid. So, if anyone could help with ideas that would be appreciated.

So I’ve decided to try my hand at doing a play by post for Dungeon World. I’m looking for any number of players but no more than 5. If you are interested let me know here. I have only ran 2 sessions of Dungeon World with my group back home and I have played in at least 4 or 5 play-by-post games. I may be a little new at this so hopefully you guys will be understanding as we go along. We’d be playing on Google Docs for the actual play and using a private Google+ community for out of game discussions, announcements, etc.
