I’m searching for a base/compendium class that lets me play a wizard in a more “Gandalf” Fashion.
I’m searching for a base/compendium class that lets me play a wizard in a more “Gandalf” Fashion. The core wizard is not the feeling i’m searching for; I think that maybe I should mix the druid and the bard, but I’m sure that somebody must have done a hack already.
Bonus question: Is there any playbook to play an Earthsea wizard?

How do you deal with the “awkward” tag on weapons?
How do you deal with the “awkward” tag on weapons? I can’t seem to do anything better than give a -1 to hit. Because in the fiction, thats what swinging a Maul is: Is harder to hit with it than with a sword. But maybe you have better ideas.

Hi folks. I need some help naming this fantasy rpg book I’m making; which is a World of Dungeons hack that’s also 90% an illustrated bestiary. It will be written in character by a Clerk and Ex-adventurer called Jackie.
I’m considering a handful of names: “Jackie’s Hardware”; “Jackie’s Tools and Ammo” (my current favorite); “Pilgrim Tales”; “Drifter’s Code”; “Jackie’s Dungeons”; “Drifter Lies Omnibus”; “Anthology of Tavern Rumours”; “My other armour is a platemail”. I would like to settle soon and I’d gladly accept suggerences!
