The Paladin. Give them a god/mission that is anti magic and for their boons make them magic resistant. The rest would be up to roleplaying.
Esteban de la Peña A religious order of knights hunting and imprisoning (or just killing) magic-users. The church controls them by providing a drug that gives them anti-magic powers but also addles the mind and the body in the long term, is highly addictive, and might just be a living entity. A lot of them badly abuse the magicians they keep imprisoned “for the greater good”.
They’re grimdark paladins, basically.
Templar from Grim World might fit the bill.
