I’ve had a food zine brewing (pun intended) on the backburner (also intended) for a good long while. The most recent Food focused episode of “Play to Find Out” (a great DW podcast) finally kicked my butt into action to finally turn it into a zine!
So I’d love to crowdsource some ideas! Please take a moment to fill out this survey (all questions are optional! Answer only what you feel like.)
If anyone remembers, a few months ago I posted about a new zine I was starting called Dungeon Rations. The first issue was to be about Stories, which I eventually figured out was perhaps too difficult to tackle in my first issue… (don’t worry, it is still coming). I’ve switched to food as an easier first subject!

Excited to see the results of this. There’s been a lot of buzz about food in RPGs lately, I think because of the manga Dungeon Meshi (“Delicious in Dungeon”). I’ve got a half baked (pun intended) set of moves for implementing some of the unique aspects of Dungeon Meshi in DW.
