Part boredom, part concept work, this is a monster I created using a Magic: The Gathering Card for inspiration (Siege-Gang Commander).

  1. It’s quite possible! All I did was take the “Siege-Gang Commander” card from MtG and apply a homebrew mathematical conversion for the stats (with a little bit of guess work for the tags).

I’m sure I’m not the first person to convert MtG Creatures into DW Monsters lol. I’m doing a six-page spread on the conversion I use in the next issue of Session Zero.

  2. at a glance I could see using attack and defense values up to 6/6 for (1/2 maximum) damage dice and armor respectively, then anything above 6 attack is “Best of 2dx”
