Nice additions. It really does need editing however. It can be hard to read.
One thing i just now noticed looking again is the math behind the use of blood and hunger. It would be more beneficial for the Vampire to not eat when rations are needed until after he gains 2 hunger. Then he can use 1 blood to remove them both
Robert Doe yeah i have an issue with that: it feels too hard to just give debilities everyday because your vampire didn’t feed because he tries to stay hidden, and since they have a limited amount of blood, they would be almost continually starving. I’ll change it to 1 blood, 1 hunger i think.

What I think it needs most in editing is bold/blocked/underlined titles to space out and help guide the reader with what they are looking at.
Use double spacing and indentation with new paragraphs.
And check spelling. I saw some places where words were spelled correctly, but it was the wrong word.
