I have only run Funnel World. Would love to hear others experiences with FBotF as a funnell
Haven’t tested it yet, but the Freebooters moves should work just fine if you use the Villager generation and playbook from FW. If the plan is to have survivors graduate to level 1 PCs, during the graduation I would have a conversation about alignment and have players pick virtues & vices based on their RPing during the funnel, using the FW traits as a starting point.
The eventual plan is to incorporate the level-0 funnel experience into FotF2e, but that’s a ways off yet, so I’d be curious to hear about your experience if you do end up running it.
