So in Class warfare, the Psychic Knife was Errata’d to be hand and close. One of the advance moves Savage Blade adds 1d4 of damage and the close tag. Does that need to be changed to something else? or is it just only at this point plus 1d4 damage?

So, looking at it again, I messed up originally by giving the psychic knife the near tag, and then it looks like I messed up again by errata-ing it to close instead of just removing it and leaving it with the hand tag (because it’s a knife, not a sword).
You should probably just decide on a solution that works for you and the character you envision. Give it the range tag you think it should have, and let Savage Blade either give you another one, or maybe it lets you switch between them. I figure it should probably do more than just extra damage, because it only applies to the psychic blade, and why take that move when you could maybe take the one that gives you a bonus to all damage?
