Where can I buy a hardcover of this?

I ran the game once, and I liked it very much. However, I have one question and one issue:
1. My players bought wizard with the homunculi that help during the raid.
How should I treat those?
Should players roll for attack done by those, or should I just push all that into description?
Do I use them as gang like in AW – with players getting bonus or somehow different?
That was very unclear, and I had issue with how to handle that.
2. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I missed some type of “act under pressure” type roll, for situations when my players are doing some kind of sneaky/subterfuge/clever activities (like setting up a trap or whatever).
I don’t think you can. There was a hardcover backer level, but the only retailer packs were for softcovers, and all that’s available right now is the PDF version. You might get lucky with a secondhand copy, but since only 47 people even backed at that level I wouldn’t hold my breath on it.
Then again, the books only just shipped at the end of May, so maybe there will be a POD option eventually. I kinda doubt it, but you never know.
