I don’t quite know what “a miss counts as a 7-9” fully entails. If someone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.

1. Up a 6- to a 7-9.

2. For a result of anything less than 10, use the rules that would otherwise be applied to a 7-9 result.

3. even if you roll a 4, treat it as if you had rolled a 7-9

   i’m not sure if that still applies to XP

5. Mark Weis That’s a good point. My guess would be that you don’t mark XP if you roll a miss with a modifier like this in place (because it immediately becomes a 7-9 rather than moving forward as a miss).
