In the description for Human Cleric, it says to choose a wizard spell and cast it as if it were a cleric spell.

  1. The cleric can choose a 9th level wizard spell if they so please, but keep in mind that it doesn’t become a rote – it becomes a 9th level cleric spell. They won’t have access to it until they hit a high enough cleric level to prepare it.
