Hello!
We’ve created an open source RPG (web based) utility that contains some generators from Perilous Wilds (awesome resource). Specifically you can create and edit PW dungeons and creatures. But it also has a fantasy plot generator and a solar system generator.
You can save everything to your browser, so when go back to the generator, it will be there.
Cool stuff. Got this nifty bugger (yes, its got the same tag twice)

There was an app named Adventuresmith which also has a lot of Perilous Wilds generators too
