Some months ago I posted a one-page PDF of a Dungeon World monster reformatted in the familiar style of the first Edition Monster Manual by Gary Gygax. The piece received a warm reception, so I converted the rest of the text for your enjoyment. Monsters are listed alphabetically. If someone would like to submit illustrations I’ll add them to the layout. Really just an exercise in layout, but I’ve found it to be quite usable. Enjoy!

  1. I have about 3 dozen original monsters to add to this. My wish is to create a system where InDesign can generate new listings based on XML input.
