1. Is the 3 hp of the dragon a typo?

2. Good work as usual. A 3 hp dragon could work, it depends how close the party can get to it.

3. Personally I would reskin the dragon into a wraith of the former overlord (or someone close to him/her), but otherwise this looks great.

4. I wasn’t asking why it has only 3 hp, but if it was a typo or not, because it does not respect the monster creation rules.

5. Palin Majere Sorry guys the dragon 3 hp is a typo. A former overlord wraith would also work great.

6. Or the former overlord became a dragon! That was his life’s work!

7. Tony Ferron That also works, and the overlord would have filled his castle with dragon art and iconography (walls carved to look like scales, dragon gargoyles on all the roofs, etc). The scenery would be foreshadowing.
