Has anyone gone to the trouble of extracting the base class icons? I’m putting together a “How to Choose a Character” thing for kids and wanted to use the symbols in there for flavour.

WotC released their ones for fifth edition, which I am convinced were inspired by DW, but I can’t seem to find the DW ones.

  1. How soon do you need them, and what software do you have? If you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you can actually extract the icons pretty easily. I also have an icon for the Immolator (it’s the flame in the DW logo). I can get these to you tomorrow morning if that’s not too late.

  2. No problem! Yeah, you basically just need to import the sheets and isolate down to the icons. If I remember correctly the outline and the white part end up being two different objects that you need to group or unite.

  3. Giovanni Lanza I spent my train trip home ripping out both the white-with-black-stroke and the the black-strokeless versions from the sheets and book, and I am not good at this, but discovered that the barbarian icon has double the stroke of all the others and the flame is really confused.

NOW, I notice the two symbols on the crest which don’t appear in the book or sheets. I can’t remember if they are obsolete versions of some base class icons…anyone remember?
