1. Sorry to hear it’s not working for you, Paolo. I put up the pdfs in spreads because I actually find that much easier to use  than one-page-per-page. But if you’re finding it a problem, I’ll put up additional versions. Let me see what I can do.

2. Oh, no worries! it’s just because I’m going to properly bind my own copy. If i weren’t it would be perfect 🙂

6. BTW I printed a test to later bind it and it looks great. Why are some of the pages crossed, by the way?

7. Whoops, that was a mistake, forgot to leave those pages out when I exported the pdf. When I gave the illustrator a copy to work from, I Xed  out the pages that were unfinished or incomplete in terms of layout, so he’s know not to illustrate them. I will update the nospreads pdf without the Xs, thanks for mentioning that!
