As mentioned previously, my crew of three wanted another go at DW with new characters this last weekend.  It was fun and they were impressed with how I incorporated their answers to questions into the first session narrative.

In any case, what would my fellow Tavernite’s find more useful?  A narrative style session write up, a more mechanically centered (ie question/setup from GM with PC response), or some sort of combination?  Or something else entirely?

  1. Tell us about it like you would if we were sitting down for drinks — hit the high points, the stuff that stuck out, the Good Parts rendition of things; that will no doubt cover plenty of narrative and mechanics.

  2. I’ll learn this soon, as I’m planning on creating some kind of diary of the campaign (the idea that it’s something the players can walk away with) that starts tonight.  I’ll watch for your posts and learn.  🙂

  3. narration with the inclusion of crunchy bits is most appreciated. i think back to the blue-bar examples in the AD&D 2e players handbook.
