2. Again, if we are meaning the video game, I’ve done Apocalypse World playbook-mods 🙂

3. Haven’t read it yet but there is the Apocalypse World ruleset to work with that wouldn’t be hard though borderlands is rather light on the world and character duties, it might be easier to just steal some setting pieces for your game.

   Also could go with Dungeon Planet on drivethrurpg.
