ONE SHOT TIME! I am running a one-shot tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon! This is a women-only event this time. So if you are female, want to get in one some Dungeon World goodness, this is your chance. Please note:
Time: 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern/9pm GMT (FLEXIBLE Can be later)
Need: A webcam, headphones/microphone

(I do hope no men are offended! I am just practicing for running female only events – I want to introduce women to roleplaying in a way that feels safe and comfortable for newbies, that is my dream. So no offense meant, gentlemen!)
None taken, well at least by me. 🙂  Hope you have a fun time. I think one of the biggest changes I have seen since the LOTR movies is more women interested in fantasy fiction and thus RPGs.  Back in the 80’s it was usually the token girl-friend or the one female friend who liked the genre that might make an appearance at a game table.Â

 Agreed. And I still get the impression, based on what my viewers tell me, that many women want to learn but may feel intimidated or not sure how to get involved in a safe way. So I am aiming to fill that need. Women Roleplayers FTW! *snoopy dances*

Will this be streamed or podcasted? Â I am new to rpgs and have been volunteered to GM a dungeon world campaign for some friends of mine, and I would like to experience some more DW to hopefully pick up some more tips and ideas.
Jonathan Adao Well, if the players are all okay with it, I am happy to. But I do not want to scare shy players away with requiring them to broadcast (requiring a webcam is hard enough)!
Also, I am a new GM so I may not be the best to learn from, just to forewarn you.
I can’t make it this time but would love to come if you are planning to do this again at any point.
