My girlfriend and I have recently started trying to catalog all of the classes I’ve bought for Dungeon World (I try to support content creators as much as possible, since this system works extremely well, and hopefully will never die!)

We’ve written our own class descriptions, mechanical tips, and roleplaying advice for every class (using the official descriptions when possible)

Feel free to add to the list, edit, or fiddle. We will keep our own copy for us, but I thought someone might enjoy fiddling with it.

Also, these blurbs are REALLY fun to write, feel free to add more than one for each class

PDFs not included

EDIT: Feel free to add to the Wiki, using this index as inspiration.

  1. Feel free to link directly to the playbooks for the City Thief, Assassin and Shaman, although I’m totally okay with you keeping the DTRPG links in there too.

    City Thief: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B30fzv28XdrYNjRwTXN6TzhWZ1E/edit?usp=sharing

    City Thief item list: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B30fzv28XdrYVUxabk50WTBPSVE/edit?usp=sharing

    Assassin: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B30fzv28XdrYYy1lOFVrZWp1cWM/edit?usp=sharing

    Shaman: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B30fzv28XdrYb0taaGZuVzNhcFk/edit?usp=sharing

The Assassin and Shaman blurbs are on their DTRPG store pages.

edit: the Shaman has nothing to do with Grim World’s Shaman and had that name long before theirs came out. 😉

  2. This obviously will pale in comparison to the Wiki that Sage LaTorra is setting up, but We wanted to have a list for our own group, so they could pick out what they wanted to try without having to read ALL the playbooks.

Tim Franzke Alex Norris  I don’t think I’ll include the items, or the animal companion, simply because that goes beyond the scope and purpose of this document. it would be WAY more appropriate for the Wiki, which is here:

(and I’ll admit I don’t know anything about wiki-editing, but I hope to help contribute monsters and such)

  3. Maybe this could be a test of how to be organize and describe classes without including the playbooks?

For example, do you like the moves, traits, damage, hp listing?

Or is that limiting the ways in which the class can be played?

Also, feel free to add to this, I gave everyone editing permissions.

  4. Woah, this is the first I’ve heard of a Dungeon World Wiki. Is anyone allowed to edit it?

Also, great job. I’ll add some stuff when I have a chance.

EDIT: Have you thought about organizing it by section, like Core Classes, Grim World, Inverse World, etc.?

  5. dan delep feel free to message me if you need help, or guidance. The beautiful thing about a wiki is that even if you make a mistake, it can be cleaned up.

Go for it man. If all of us inputted one monster, or one class, the wiki would be complete by christmas.
