   Et aussi… Il est possible de commander une version papier? Nan, c’pas que j’ai la carte de crédit qui me démange, mais ce bouquin est tellement… bôôô! ^_^

2. The pdf is for free. The book costs 8 €. You can get both for that price.

3. It appears the book version will only be released tomorrow since it still requires Drivetrhu validation. It appears on my editor account which is why I told everybody it was released. :-(
