How does Death feel about the undead? I know Kelemvor in Forgotten Realms is opposed to them. I ask because I’m brainstorming a Death Knight CC, and I’m wondering what effect it should have on Last Breath.

Depends! I’ve had undead PCs been essentially enlisted by Death (“your undeath is up to me”) and also had Death put prices on undead NPC’s heads (“this necromancer has cheated me. Fix that!”)
Undeath sounds like the result of a 7-9 on the Last Breath move to me. “If I can’t have you now, you will never rest!”
Definitely 7-9 for undeath is how we roll using Number Appearing.
