A fun thing to do with Shapechange. When a Cleric get’s a boon from his god by fulfilling his petition; let them change into the holy animal of the faith with 3 hold. A cool moment and an easy thing to give out.
Alternatively give them a voucher for 1 time free transformation into the holy animal with 3 hold.

I’d prefer to leave shapechanging to the Druid rather than give it to the Cleric too, unless the God or theme chosen is expressly tied to it somehow. I like that the classes have unique and different abilities with little overlap.
Don’t do ist all the Time definitely. But once or twice is okay I think, especially if there is no Druid in play
