I’ve been thinking about alternative fighting styles. How would you handle a cloak and rapier style? Would the cloak be 0 weight, 0 armor but similar to the magic item Lodestone Shield in that when you defend, you can spend a hold to disarm your opponent?

I still give it 1 weight. It’s an amount of manoeuvrability that you need to use it properly, not the actual weight

Not sure if this thread is still kicking but I would say the cloak gives +1 armor when defending and can be discarded by tossing the cloak onto an opponent during a hack-and-slash to avoid being damaged on a 7-9 roll.
