1. No, not that I’m aware of from the base rules. Though if you follow the fiction they may get it from an artifact or blessing or something.

2. Maybe a prayer would bestow it. 

3. Paladins aren’t necessarily divine agents by default, but instead are champions of law and order and righteousness in destroying evil. Are undead automatically evil? Also not necessarily.

4. They can cross-class it.
